New stuff starting slowly this year, there should be a return by The Boy you hit is Dead and Easpa Measa in March with Serpents, De Novissimus and Oak coming along in mid-April. More details to follow once dates etc are confirmed
Some gigs in the pipeline, American country bands The Can Kickers and The Pine Hill Haints return to Cork on Sunday October 3rd. They'll be playing The Cruiscin Lan with Cork's Celtic metallers Belinus who shall be playing an acoustic set of their black metal tinged material. I have been assured of Bathory amongst other bands getting the acoustic treatment along with their own material Jazz Funeral is currently in the formative stages but will be going ahead on Friday October 22nd and Saturday October 23rd. Lineup to be announced soon
After 3 gigs in 3 weekends after the [r]evolution of a sun french tour gigs from me have stopped for the time being. The My Remorse lads have arranged gigs for Thieving Liars and also Standupguy, Zillah and Black Sun over the next month or so. Details should be forthcoming soon.
The Tragedy gig was a great success all told, loads of people meaning loads of money for the travelling bands, all went home happy I'm sure

Burn Hollywood Burn decided to cancel their appearance at very short notice and we have no more gigs planned for 2003 or 2004 for that matter at the minute. Will probably start arranging stuff again after Xmas

29th of November sees Scientific Bong come to Cork to play a post midnight gig in the Caz with My Remorse as a 4th anniversary of My Remorse's foundation. Much cans and merriment will be had in the Caz that night. Drop Eoin from My Remorse a line at his email address for more details.
6th of December sees Burn Hollywood Burn from France play The Wolfhound (where else) along with [r]evolution of a Sun, Violent Disorder and Rift and its Noel from [r]oas' birthday that night so come along and help him get shitfaced

Next gig is Tophi with Giveamanakick on Saturday 27th in The Wolfhound, Jazz Weekend should see Friday and Saturday night action in The Wolfhound also with a number of out of town bands both nights, more on that shortly. Also the impossible to pronounce and spell Malikadoras from Holland bring their hardcore to The Wolfhound on November 22nd with Dublin's Already Dead and [R]evolution of a Sun also. We may even have Burn Hollywood Burn somewhere in December but we're not sure yet 100%
